Build a Website

We have an existing web application which requires ongoing support and upgrades as required. There is an immediate need to improve the mobile design of this site also. We are currently looking a for a results driven independent developer who possesses the following essential qualities: 1) Confident English Communication 2) A master of PHP, CSS, Node.JS and MySQL 3) First hand experience with WebRTC 4) Excellent time management and planning skills 5) Familiar with Digital Ocean hosting with Centos and Linux 6) Ability to develop for desktop, tablet and mobile with ease Please provide at least 2 examples of recent projects which you have developed personally in the past 12 months. Do you work solo or in a team? Also, for the portfolio sites you've listed, were these solo projects or team projects? Do you have direct experience working with Centos, Linux and Digital Ocean hosting? Do you have direct experience with WebRTC? Do you personally have high level experience with PHP, MySQL, Node.JS and CSS? Can you offer 10 hours per week consistently, plus offer additional hours for critical issues as required?
