1. A simple web based software system - that can be used to display data from a database after a user has securely logged in; Different log in levels give different data and different forms displayed on screen. About 5 different types of user logins each with a different display. 2. A database system that power/interfaces with (1) above; The database system has to be able to quickly handle a large amount of data. Possibly 500,000 records plus. 3. Each record will have about 15 fields with basic alphanumeric data limited to about 100 characters or so; 4. There will be a second or more databases that will need to point to the first database; and it will match records across the databases after login; That second database will have graphical and or scanned data (more KB per record but only about 10 fields); 5. A reporting user interface that provides various reports from the databases – internal use only. User ability to generate and vary the reports; Export data to .csv files regularly. The above needs to be mirrored across 2 very secure dedicated VPN servers in real time. 6. Back up – back ups are needed all the time as no data cannot be lost, ever. 7. 3rd authentication party software will be used by us as well, and it will export records into the database in 1 above; 9. Ability to import data from another .csv file, and update records in the first database.
