Build a Website

Okay i have a project that maybe be massive in scale but its quite tiny. Sound confused i am as if i had the wordpress skills i would attempt this myself. The idea is i need a website that scrapes [login to view URL] and all other countrys versions of ebay twice every 12 hours aka 12 oclock during the day and 12 oclock during the night aka cron job on the server that then gets and parses the information that i am after and places it in a database. Now the information i am after is specific and i need quite a few different places done and a few different scripts made and cron jobs added to create various wordpress pages from the information that are going to be affiliate based. Okay i need the top 10 of all categories of ebay and i need like i said for them all to be accessed by a script the items ripped and image ripped from there and displayed in a top ten format now i need top 10 most popular top 10 prices high and top 10 prices low including shipping and i need to be able to modify the search to improve searching if certain searches come back with crap.... what do i mean if i search from guitar on ebay i dont get an accustic guitar i get everything else under the sun i need to be able to modify the searches easily to compensate for people putting items that arnt what i am after in the searches. The idea is for a website to show the top 10 from all categories and all countrys of ebay so as once scraped together the original link is kept and an ebay affiliate link put in its place for that item and all items and a scrolling top ten for ebay based on what is selected by the viewer is displayed BUT YEP SORRY MORE WORK. But i require a small script on the page or whatever you want to call it to discover the ip place of origin of the person accessing the website so as to select the right region for that person. Website needs to be created just basic thing as long as the scripts work as they should do i can hire someone else to specifically make the site look great etc. Website isnt created and needs to be hosted on hostgator at the moment
