URGENT: I just need one quick and simple task within the next hour (from 7:40am CST) I just need the simple answer to this as I'm not a techie: "Sorry but since we provide unmanaged services you will have to change the permissions yourself on the server. I am not allowed to perform any managed services inside a droplet. You can access the server via SSH or the following link: [login to view URL] The chown command will help you adjust the permissions. You can type "chown --help" to see available options that can be used with the command. Unfortunately, we don't provide the server configuration within the support service. Could you please change permissions to skadate FTP user and I will proceed with the software installation" I HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION THAT YOU NEED, LOGINS ETC. This would take skilled developer 2 minutes, but he is asleep currently and this project is huge. Thanks for your immediate responses!
