I am looking for someone to help me with my project I have a website, but the primary goal for this site was not achieved by the previous person so I am stuck with a website that does not help achieve the primary goal the primary goal of this website is to capture data from employees who rate their company i need someone great with algorithm and data management [login to view URL] Making sure the 'rate your hub' section works properly; the forms are simple and friendly to employees and easy for them to fill out. An employee should have the option to pick out what he/she would like to rate the company for Making sure the data collected via the 'rate your hub' section can be pulled as a report based on the criteria provided by me The 'salary tool'should work accurately and I will test this. So when i put in the gross of an employee here in Nigeria, the net salary calculated is the same figure the person currently gets paid Employer should be able to post jobs, make payment for job posts and a date these jobs expire an employer should be able to open an account and also manage their job posts employees should be able to open accounts for themselves, search for jobs, upload their CVs, and be searchable by employers who want to search for candidates the "hub experience' section; i have some content there already. each of these stories should be public access, and anyone should be able to leave a comment based on the stories posted I would like the website to be fast enough and not as slow as it may be now (sometimes). i would prefer the CVs uploaded to save a copy remotely. Same goes for my reports, when i pull them, would like to save them remotely then a general cleaning up of the sight. For example, making sure the weather and temperature wiget actually works, change 2 or 3 pictures etc if we do work well together, I am hoping we can work on this project more and i am hoping to grow The 'rate your hub' section is the most important I would want a basic form to be completed by all, which will include name, age band, sector worked in, and location. when completed, then they have the option to pick 1,2,3 or all 4 forms to complete and these will be on Salary, Benefits, Recruitment and management Style of the company now, these information are stored away, and I am able to pull a report whenever I want, and it could be based on age bands, sectors, salary, location, recruitment, or management style I would like to pull reports based on singular and also multiple criteria this is becasue i will have to discuss different criteria with different employers
