Hi, I have been working with Cisco VoIP since 2001 and Asterisk and freepbx ,trixbox, elastix since 2007. Also been developing applications both windows and web based using vb3,vb4, vb5,vb6 vb.net and on Linux based platforms using PHP. My name is Evgeny and I have implemented a few Twilio projects. Currently I am busy with 1000$ that automate small business of realtors using Twilio solutions (dynamic call-forwarding of calls to toll-free numbers to realtors). The way it works is that you have a standalone server that generates XML responses to each incoming call and tell Twilio what to do (forward call, etc.). For you I will implement conferencing, but principle will be the same. What is also required for you is some sort of admin web-site where you can administer all that information (whitelisted callers, etc.). this will also be done by me. By the looks of it the scope will be very similar to what I am doing now. The only difference would be that you have conference system and the realtors do not. I know that the budget is higher than you anticipated, but I really know what I am talking about and can show you over skype that it works.
