Build a Prestashop module for a signage company

We require a prestashop module that will allow 2 different pricing options.
The 2 choices are as follows
1. The standard prestashop pricing
2. The second we need a pricing calculator where if the product is set to this option. the front end will allow for either a drop down menu with standard sizes, or a client can enter a custom size into 2 text boxes ( H and W). It will take the sizes and work out a square meter size for this option. Then the client has a choice of different option if he wants it on abs board, or vinyl (these pricings we will update in square meter pricing for each option) and then it will calculate the price for the client on the certain size that he requires.
