Build a CMS for a Google Maps location search page

Paper Pop Cards is building a website on Squarespace. We hired a developer to create a Store Locator for us, but he did not provide a Content Management System that will enable us to put our store addresses into the map. You can see this page at the following address: [login to view URL] the password is ilovegolf77 On this page you will see that the previous developer left placeholder locations in the map's search results Requirements: 1) Remove the placeholder locations from the search results 2) Take the page that has already been made and create a Content Management System for us that will allow us to put our store addresses into the search field. 3) The CMS connected to the search field should include the following information: __a) Store Name __b) Store Address: Street, City, State or Province, Country (we have a few stores outside the United States) __c) Phone Number __d) Store Hours __e) website 4) There is another column on the existing page that lists Online Partnering Stores. We will need something to help us input online stores into this right hand column, but it is not connected to the map. For the Online Partnering Stores column, we need to be able to input the following information: __a) Store name __b) Store website The store website address needs to be a hyperlink that opens the address in a new tab. We are not sure if the previous developer did that part. 5) The CMS for this page must include a way for us to edit, add, and remove addresses from the system.
