I am looking for someone to develop Application tracking system (ATS) to cater to recruitment business. Initially, I would like to use it for my own company, but later convert into software product for similary consultants and companies to automate recruitment process. Looking for someone to develop it in PHP or any other open source tool, but scalable to multi company and multi users with high amount of traffic in terms of candidate data and profiles. Also it should be linked to Social Media and Career page of using company. Looking for someone who can patiently work with me, very strong on developing web based product, good in quality codes and has excellent UI and Graphic talent. If you pick up this project, you should work continuously till first phase is over, available for discussions and also very intuitive to understand my needs and suggest options. Pls respond only if you have sufficient bandwidth to work on new projects.

Dear friend I like the idea you want to develop and need to notice that developing such site requires a great specialist. This site does not require only software developer skills, but also system analytic, DB architect and project manager experience. Experience with API development and integration. - all site were done by me from 0. I got just PSD files and did all responsive HTML coding for MAC/Win: FF/Chrome/IE/Safari The most important question: do you have any specific tech requirements which maybe beyond my expertize?
