Bed Bath and Beyond Menu feature on my Ecommerce

I would like my ecommerce to display the mega menu is the SAME way as [login to view URL] EXCEPT for Appointment setting part under Shop For College. The Shop for college part, I would like the ability in admin to select any ONE category to feature which will display SHOP our products (subcategory) and photo. The main menu SHOP PRODUCTS should work the same way to drop down at side the parent menu in one column and then the submenu to fly out to the side and display additional children in that format and then the ability in admin to manage featured category or brand to shop (image file). I also need the search box done and have the ability to search by departments. I will need the website menu to be responsive . I also have the following edit request.... 1. To have the sale price of product that are individually placed on sale to display strike through of retail price and show discount price in the ALL Panels that shows product on sale including category menu. 2. Relocate the currency converter to the header in top menu. 3. Add the ability in admin to apply Discount Rule by BRANDS. Right now it does it by Category. 4. Create a Discount Rule Panel to display ALL products that a discount was applied to using a Discount Rule. 5. Add phone number, email and name to gift certificate orders (Orders .View Orders) and phone number in gift certificate area along with the email. 6. Bulk Edit Prices of products to change by x% or Flat $ amount I will give more detail and to view the site when I chat further with you.
