Basic html Filemanager

Web need a basic web filemanager that reflects (read) a directory (Folders and PDF Files) from the server. The directory is archivos/transparencia_informativa Requeriments: * Breadcrumbs Required (With links to navigate through the directories) * H3 title from actual directory *Example folder name: Detalle_de_Viajes_Internacionales *The front end Must Show: Detalle de Viajes Internacionales (with out "_") *Must use folder icon for folders and PDF icon for the files *In details of the file or directory: -If the folder have folders inside, Details must be :"Contiene 2 Carpetas" (Contiene=contain, Carpetas = Folders) - If the folder have folders and files inside, Details must be : "Contiene 2 carpetas y 3 archivos" (Archivos = Files) - If the folder have only files inside, Details must be : "Tamaño: 202 kb" (Tamaño= File Size) *The files must have target blank links to the pdf file *if i create a folder or put a file inside archivos/Transparencia_Informativa the script must reflect the new folder or file automatically. *The url Must be friendly: http://localhost/basicfilemanager/transparencia-informativa/lista-de-funcionarios/comisionados/2014 (.htaccess) The sequence is *http://localhost/bnf/transparencia-informativa *http://localhost/bnf/lista-de-funcionarios *http://localhost/bnf/comisionados *http://localhost/bnf/2014 All the navigation must be one php file.
