Build an asterisk code using AGI to connect with external software (taxi dispatch software). The way to connect with external software is web services, there are 4 main functions to use: create dispatch, query customer information, cancel a previous dispatch, get status of a previous dispatch. This web services should be used from asterisk IVR, this web services uses php functions.
