Application specialily designed for freelancer.com

I need an application specially designed for freelancer.com that prevents me from paying any fees to freelancer and lets me get $200/ moth membership without paying the monthly dues. I have 7 accounts with freelancer and I want this application to be able to work with all seven accounts on freelancer.com. So on fees would be taken from my account for hiring someone or deleting a project or monthly fees or anything that I would like to do on freelancer.com. I also needed a logo for this project. Back end and front end and admin would be needed for this project.
