Application for sending written text

Please write the whole description and only take the job if you are able to complete it. I am in no rush to start the job, so don’t only accept but also write a offer.

Want a program for MS-computer. The program will work like a simple writing program. Holding basic functions as bold, italic, underline, choose between fonts, letter and background color, and font size. Let’s call this program W1.

I also want a program for MS, and a app for iOS. This app will receive and show text from W1. Let’s call this U1. User of U1 get a default view, but can customize font type, size and letter/background color. If not to complicated, I would like the text to keep the bold, italic and underline-formation set by W1.

It must be possible for multiple U-connections (U1, U2, U3, U4…) and super low latency.

The text will start on top of screen, and continue down on screen. As default, U1 will always show latest written word. U1 can scroll and copy from text, but not edit text in program/app. Preferable I would like the word to show on U1 when W1 have used one a sentence marker [ “*space*,.;:-*enter*?!) ]. If W1 spot a typing error, and edit this, the edited word should show on U1. Also if W1 delete text, it should be deleted on U1.

The program needs to work on LAN via WIFI-router, and on web via server etc. On LAN, W1 could connect thru IP-address. There may be several solutions for this, I give two examples below.

Regardless of solution, the web connection needs to be secure:

1) W1 connect to server ([url removed, login to view]), and create a “room” with a custom name and password. U1 log in to server via domain, and choose room. To connect he writes password.

W1 can see a list of logged in U’s. W1 can invite to a room.

2) The server contains a lot of rooms with unique links. W1 can not edit room link, but set custom password. U1 gives link to U1 whom connects with the password.

A combination of these may be a possibility. If it is possible, I would prefer that the connection for web can be via browser. Either for U1 only, or for both U1 and W1.

I would also like a chat function, so U1 can send messages to U1 (but not so other U’s can see). Also possible to enable microphone for U1 on web-service.

I would like a price for this:

* A W1 program for MS Windows XP and up, and U1 program for MS Windows XP and up, and iOS to work on LAN.

* A program/app based connection to work on web.

* A browser based connection via web.
