Hay! We are an Airport Taxi service in Vienna (Austria). For now user order our service direct from our website: [login to view URL] via our booking forms, or calls me for ordering. For our order form it looks like this what i get: Date: 09.02.2017 Pick-Up time: 15:30 ----------------------------- Full name: MARCELO Gulte Street: Belghofergasse House.: 12 ZIP: 1120 Destination: Wien ----------------------------- Phone: 0034619694511 E-mail: mga123(at)test.124 ----------------------------- Car: Economy Class Payment: Bar / Cash Child safety seat: No Additional address: No Comment: Company Boheringer Ingelheim ----------------------------- Return pick-up: No Date: 09.02.2017 Arrival time: 00:00 Flight number: ----------------------------- Price: 24,90€ The problem is, that sometimes i get very much orders in short time, and it takes too long to book the order in google calender, and for forwarding this form to the user with confirmation text i need manuel delete the useless lines that are empty or set at "no". I need an code, that do this automatically. So when user makes an online order, an software will first delete all empty fields or field with "no". then the software need to send this order details to an gmail account as an event (ics) so google will automatically transfer this event to the calender (my calender) from my calender i take look wich car (every car have an own calendar) is empty on this time that i can book this drive him. In future will be nice, if this also can be done automatically. So the steps of the software are. 1) Check form for special details (if an comment is in form, it should be send to me to take a look and book manual because the comment) if not software delete all useless lines, and send one email to user (with confirmation text), and another to my gmail account as an event (ics). i will set google to automatically accept all receiving events in incoming box so google will transfer the order informations like pick up date, time, adress, phone number and price to my calendar.

As you have described your problem here I can see 2 solutions. I suggest looking into acuity scheduling, because they will allow you to do these things very easily. I could also build a custom tool for you, but I think acuity is the better option. check it out!

Greetings. Yesterday I saw this project and I get on work at the time I saw it, I can finish it for the day Wednesday for a cost of 250 euros. Objectives achieved Look if there's a comment in the form and in it is send an email to the taxi operator and the client Delete the lines set at no or empty, in case there is any doubt those lines are "Child safety", "Additional address", "Comment" and "Return pick-up".
