Advanced Wordpress Customization

I have a stored procedure in my Wordpress Database. You need to create an input field that connects to a plugin so that the plugin can work with my stored procedure and have it either throw an error message back to the user on the frontend, or pass through if the procedure passes the correct result (the procedure takes two variables in and returns either a 0 or a 1) creates a vendor release key on order creation called vrkey on table vr_key and a stored procedure that takes the order_id and vrkey as input and updates the wp_posts table to complete the order if the key matches. It also returns a value of 0 or 1 where 0 means incorrect and 1 means correct. Now I'm stuck and need your help. I need you to do the following: 1 )Finish a customer email Template that pulls a value from a table in my database. I need to inform my customer of his release key to give to the driver - I have an idea of what to do but I can't seem to nail it. 2)change the WC-Vendors Functionality so that when ship order is clicked on vendor dashboard an input field pops up asking for a release key. This field input value will be used against a stored procedure I already made in the DB. the SP also uses the order id. It returns a 0 if incorrect and a 1 if correct. 3) on vendor dashboard page implement a jquery plugin called ohSnap (i already installed the required js and put in sample ajax function on the page itself for the wp_dashboard page. I don't know how long this will take but I think it needs to use .ajax({ but maybe i'm wrong and you know of a more efficient way.
