Advanced Search (date range) with ACF repeater field

I have a WP travel related site that focuses solely on boats and their sailing schedules. The site needs search functionality list sailing schedules. Hopefully the attached images will make things a little clearer. The search form has 2 date pickers, a select list and a submit button (please see the attached image and php file. 1. Departure date (datepicker) 2. Return date (datepicker) 3. Destination (select) 4. Submit button The site architecture is: Pages Destination: template name: [login to view URL] May have featured image Sublocation: template: [login to view URL] Must be child of Destination May have featured image Liveaboard: template name: [login to view URL] (FYI a liveaboard is a boat) Must be child of Destination or Sublocation May have featured image Schedule - template name: [login to view URL] Must be child of Boat Has ACF field group schedule Repeater fields are: dep-date (date picker), ret-date (date picker), description (text) For the results page I need to list all the sailing schedules that fall between the departure date and return date. I also need to show the featured image and content of the parent (the Liveaboard). I thought this should be relatively simple so I've attempted to code this myself. However after a lot of tweaking I seem to have confused myself even further!! My files are attached, as are images of the search form and returned results. Hopefully, the final working version won't be too different and my fragile ego won't be shattered. one last thing (I'm not sure if it's necessary information) the jQuery date picker I am using is from [login to view URL] I've also included the js i use to initialise.
