Adjust existing web pages

I have an existing website that needs some pages adjusted as follows:
1) homepage: change the person selector and use step by step form fields like when user is logged in. Add approx 5 fields including asking if they have coupon code
2) replace payment screen by this [login to view URL]
3) adjust thank you page to reflect same background and style
4) adjust login page (and any other pages) to use a common set of fonts, colors and styles
5) adjust background colors once logged in
6) adjust review page to use same font and size and colors
7) adjust friend page look and feel and add capability to move trip to own account. In order to do so, user will be asked to create his own account on the website using 2 different ways:
a. register using a short form
b. using oauth from facebook or twitter
8) adjust emails look and feel
9) post trips to social media websites (facebook and twitter) adjustments
Looking for someone with proven expertise that can start right away and be fully dedicated to the project until completion.
