Adding (SoundCloud) feature/app to my Under Development website

Dear developers I want create a SoundCloud (option) for my underdevelopment Website. my website Looks a lot similar to this [login to view URL] ( i think it's buit in php , check it out yourself ) basically all i want to is allow users to Record their sound track through my website and upload it on SoundCloud then post it/share it on my site automatically without having leaving my site. ( if you checked the website i linked above and made a new user name and asked yourself a question , when you try to answer the question you will see that you can answer it with text , youtube video , Images Only , i want to add Soundcloud option too ) that means that the user must be able to login on (soundcloud) through my site , record voice file and upload it on soundcloud ( without using any of my hosting service resources .. i want it all on the user's resources ) , then Share it / post it on my site ( my site is still under development , we will talk more in details ) similar to this [login to view URL] but i need it to look a bit nicer and quality i know that you will need to allow the users to Login first to soundcloud so they can upload there sound track most importantly :- __________________ -i want the app to be available on as many devices as you can (pc ,tablet.android..etc ) and as many browsers as possible ( chrome,firefox ,opera ... etc ) -since some of the browsers have stopped using Flash(action-script) and started using html 5 instead , creating it in html5 would be much appreciated -i want to use the visitor resources instead of my Hosting server resources in the uploading part of the process just like the Link above. some useful Doc for SoundCloud Dev [login to view URL] -------------------------------- some developers suggested that i make it in ruby but my website is built in php so it would work on php , check it out and let me know what you suggest Please start bidding with your offer and we will talk Thank you.
