Add some features to a Laravel project

We need some fix on our ERP written in Laravel. 1. Improve pagination, because now the data are loaded in a single query and the pages have become to slow to load all the data. We need to query only the data loaded into the current page 2. Not all the receipt are visible. For some strange matter, some receipt desappear from the list but they are still into the database table 3. Allow cancellation and editing only of the receipt for wich the field TS_status is empty. When the operator try to modify one of this receipts, he should have a warning message. 4. Other minor fixes. If we can find a good freelancer for this, we can assign the following task: create XML to transmit data to a web service. We already did it, so most part of the code is ready, we need to integrate it into the ERP. Finally, more task will come because we are going to sell this software on a large basis. Deadline for this project is friday afternoon, so if you cannot work on it soon please DO NOT BID. In your bid description include the word "IGEA", or it will be rejected to avoid automatic message. Budget for this task is 150 Euros. We have a complete staging environment to work on. If the job is not completed on Friday the award will be revoked, whatever will be the state, and another freelancer will be awarded.
