Acess / Excel database creation for mapping out shots for an online golf course game

I'm attempting to create a program that will allow me to map out golf courses from an online game I play. There are about 10 or so courses, with more to be added I'm sure. Each course has 9 holes. Each Hole has 5 tee boxes, and each hole has 5 different pin placements on the greens. There are 4 wind strengths ranging from 1 mph - 4 mph, and there are 12 wind directions like a clock face. I've been mapping these out on paper and it is very time consuming and very redundant. My goal is to have a simple front end using access, that ask me which course, which hole, which tee location, which pin location, and which wind speed and then which wind direction. Based on my choices, it would populate a new screen showing me the holes information: Par type (par 3, par4, ie....)distance to hole in yardage, elevation (blue is down, orange is up), along with the shot type I've mapped out (draw, slice, low, backspin......), the target distance and it's elevation, club type, how far left or right to aim, and or up or down to aim. Also, I would like to have a box for any notes or instructions for that hole, along with screenshots that would help me to see where I've aimed previously. I do not have all the courses mapped out yet. This feet alone might take me several more months, however, I would still want to keep inputting the info, and pics, into the back end of this program. I would also need the ability to continue to the next hole that may change the tee location, pin placement, and the wind parameters on me.
