I need a reliable proven designer to develop a complete Web Designer's Directory - including Logo and site graphics. please see attachment for details and Please Place your bids for a complete project alsog with a time to complete the project. Where you are located does not matter to me but you must be able to read and write the English language and you must be willing to submit weekly status updates, Each and Every Week, No Exceptions - You will also be required to show me some of your completed projects as well as provide verifiable references.
