php site needs maintenance

I have a website built with php that needs some help. The pages are dynamically built from a database that needs to be updated. The database was built and a update routine was included with the site but now that update procedure no longer works. That and a couple of other issues needs to be fixed in the sites admin section. Additionally, the sites main page needs to be rearranged a bit. There is a Google map that needs to be resized and another Google ad that needs to be added. Also, I'd like to have a text message added to the page for SEO purposes. The text will extract data elements from the database and insert them into this text script. One other thing will be the addition of a news/article section to the page. I need to add some text to these pages and I plan on having articles written and/or news items inserted into these pages.I want someone that is free to begin work right away and can do this some what under my max budget of $250. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux
