Joomla template and creation of clone site

We are looking for someone who will take our PSDs of our new frontpage, create a Joomla template and migrate our current website Joomla 1.1. to Joomla 1.5. In the current Joomla 1.1 we are using we incorporated some plugins (components, modules and mambots). We must still be able to use these plugins in the new joomla 1.5 site, or at least have a similar functionlaity. For instance we are using joomfish and a mambot to allow us to write php from within joomla's backend (php is written within the documents that are edited in the backend). ## Deliverables We are putting up this project as our previous programmer had to close his RAC account. We think this project should be a piece of cake for those who know what they are doing. The project is to create a clone of our existing website [[login to view URL]][1] to Joomla 1.5 by using our PSDs of a new frontpage. We should use new extensions such as for example Camp26 Visitor Data etc. We are very concerned with Search Engine Optimization, the URL, keywords and site architecture should be taken into high priority when migrating. We prefer as little text as image as possible so that we are able to modify any text when needed (See [login to view URL] to see the template content). Our website has 32 languages. Some of these languages (e.g. Arabic) are read from right to left. Therefore we need a Joomla template that will incorporate that functionality. So template must be language specific. In addition, in some languages our website has to be compatible with both left-to-right and right-to-left. For example, in Arabic the main content is read from right to left but our FAQ is always in English, which is why left to right. We also expect the implementation to be in modern HTML (xhtml1 transitional) and CSS. All positioning and styling should be done in CSS. Our content will be served in UTF-8 encoding exclusively. In addition, graphics should be optimized as much as reasonable.
