Hotel Affiliate Booking XML Site

Hello, What I am looking for is an affiliate hotel online affiliate reservation booking XML solution to create a travel site with the [login to view URL] XML booking engine software. This would incorporate all of the features of the [login to view URL] XML affiliate offered featured feeds (hotel, flights, car rentals, road trips and etc) with customized templates to have the surfer to ulitize on a couple of different sites. (The project would not restrict a license to how many sites the co-brands would be to be able to hit a specific niche like cruises or etc). I am open to suggestions that can be used for implentation. I would like the option to also to have users to search by just zip code (if in the USA) also like on [login to view URL] ( I love the flash searching information on this site to show security concerns to help conversions when a search is being performed) This would be in PHP with mysql and would be mod_rewrite SEO friendly & professional. sort of like [login to view URL] To maybe have an admin that would allow a co-brand like just air or car rentals or etc. Due to ever changing XML feeds. Updates will be needed at a later time. So future work will be paid for at that time. I tried using other freelance / outsourcing sites. I have spent over 19+ hours analyzing solutions. There are some language and quality concerns as we could not communicate in English.
