A creative is needed to build a new website from a template

Dear Coders,

We are building a new website in replacing the old website for a hosting company, selling vps and dedicated server.

We bought a brand new template website, in order to enhance and replace the old website. The old website was coded using a template also.

The website has been using _WHMCS as its billing management system_, thus **we do not encourage you in touching the programming and/or engine's side**.

The template is using **SMARTY TEMPLATE SYSTEM**. And so, we do prefer a coder who is familiar with the above mentioned coded technique. It is some sort of simple techniques related to HTML and CSS only. (we wil give you link for brief description later on). Also, we do in need of a coder that could deliver a more catchy website with some modification of graphical elements on it.

**Our goals: is to make a new website from editting the template, without losing the essence of the old website, with lots of creative.

FYI: The new website is already setup. You do only need to add it with some images, change the color background, etc (exception: creating 1 page only). No need to create them from scratch (I'll send you the link to preview the template). Please see the below additional information for details work and/or project.**

## Deliverables

We need you to suggest us some type of innovation on it, i.e.:

1. I need to have 4 different types of PAGE SLIDE images (the hosting banner) (noted: the company is selling only VPS and dedicated). This is somewhat like a banner.

2. I need to have a color modification for the website to be looked similiar to the present /current website (to match the color of its logo). This somewhat using CSS, etc.

3. I need to have the page layout to be similiar to the other website (a comparison website). This is somewhat to make coders easier to catch our ideas (as a benchmark).

4. I need to have also one page. A standard HTML page (smarty design), containing some fields (a form), that could retrieve some information from visitors and then submitted it and sent the information as an email.

5. We will give you the link to the websites, to preview the old template website and the brand new template website. So you could take into consideration in deciding the scope of works from comparing and merging the two of them.

Noted: All of the deliverable images (banners) must be delivered in .psd format.

I think that'll be all. If you have any consideration then please do let us know at the soonest.

We will give you the access to the full template code, etc., once we certain that you are the one we were looking for.
