Wordpress Template Conversion - repost

Project Description: I will provide you the PSD you have to convert it in the latest version of WordPress. All Pages will be same Expect the Testimonial and blog page it's has more space and option. You have to copy all the pages and there Meta tags as it is on new site. Blog is already in WordPress you can copy the data from old and integrate in new website. The Template should include 1. Menu slider drop-down J query where needed 2. There will be 9-10 forms for the services we offered it will be saved in database and sent to email also. I also need a option in admin were i can see the form submitted records. Captcha on all forms 3. Inner pages will not have the slider and navigation will be shifted down. 4. Blog page will have all the default options (Recent posts, categories etc) 5. Contact form should have the Captcha and Google interactive map on Location/contact page. The data of contact page will be saved in database and i want to show this from admin. 6. Website should be all browser compatible. 7. Social icons connections 8. Menu bar with ability to add pages from Backend 9. SEO plugins 10. You have to post all the data for the pages of website and Meta Tags. 11. PayPal Business account integration to website order page Should be to get payments from Credit card on website. 12. Put 301 redirects to old urls with new ones if you can't make same. ** I need a Individual coder for this project i don't want to work with companies you should be able to work full time and available on skype to update the progress.
