RTL Hebrew Wordpress customized Theme - repost 2

I"m looking for a good web developer for creating a RTL Hebrew wordpress template that will be customized.

Each element in the template should be controled in the admin panel:

*Option to add a different header per page and post.

*Quotes slidshow in the widget area (the yellow box in the example attached)

*Unlimited (or many) widget spaces

*Option to change the design ( backgrounds, buttons, menus, logo etc.) without a developer help

*The main template should include child themes like the examples attached (few sorts of landing/ squeeze pages)

More clarifications:

- There should be an option to hide/ show menus and sidebars on each page.

- Unlimited landing pages (there should be an option to add unlimited landing pages with different content - headers/ text / video)

- The home page view will include up to 5 posts (like in the example attached).

- The template should be user friendly - without touching the code itself.

- You must add a guide how to change all the elements in the theme - in the end of the work

The developer should provide an high quality work and on time.

A status update is needed every two days.

The developer should accept fixes till the work will be complete perfectly.

There are some element I would like to add that don't exist in the design. Like: previous/ next posts, bullets design etc.

The child themes (landing pages) should be editable in the control panel too (headers, videos, text, bullets, optin form design etc.)

All the optin forms in the them should have the option to be integrated with autoresponders (should be controled in the admin panel)

Before sending any example or update, the developer should make a QA check that everything is working and made by the requirements.

It's one of many projects, so if the work will be done as asked - there will be more projects.

The ETA is 15 days for this project, make sure you can provide the work till the due date.

The theme should be build and tested on your hosting service before installing it on mine.

The developer should provide an admin access to me so I could test the functionality.
