Map based Business Directory

I would like to get a map based business directory script. I would want someone familiar with directory sites.
I want an accounting directory that works exactly like [url removed, login to view] but with a search results that has a map function like this [url removed, login to view]
I would also want the site to be simple and straight forward to use like these similar sites [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]
example, front page of the site shows map. and categories marked on the map too.
user need to post their business location with their own map marker(logo image or building image)
there are lots of business directory websites available ready-made, most of them dose't allow own map marker.

2. face book login is needed
