WindowsXP 'Wireless Connection Client' (c++) and supporting web site

The solution is to enable IT managers in small businesses to distribute the pre-shared key for a wireless router to desktops/laptops in a secure way. The development requires two parts: 1) Create a ‘wireless connection manager’ application for WindowsXP by modifying the existing opensource conneciton manager called 'wpa_supplicant' (written in C). The customizations to ‘wpa_supplicant’ include encrypting the file containing the pre-shared key (and adding some new variables to this file), storing traffic data and sending traffic data to the website. It will also include changing some of the data and options displayed on ‘wpa_supplicant’. The users logs into the web site to download the connection manager which already contains the pre-shared key. A process must run at the point of download that will encrypted the pre-shared key into the wireless manager application. At no time should the pre-shared key be unencrypted on the client PC. The user then installs this application on their PC. The Connection manager then connects to the specified router to provide internet access.
