3D Object Creator needed

We are in need of a 3D object creator to re-create a Las Vegas style casino in a 3D gaming engine. This will include the following objects:
- Slot Machine (5 types)
- Roulette Table
- Texas Hold'em poker Table
- Black Jack Table
- Craps Table
- Mega Wheel
- Bar
- Tables
- Chairs
- Stools
- Dice
- Cards
- Slot machine tables
The project also includes the actual rooms which hold these objects. The room must have a complete look and feel of a real Las Vegas casino. This includes vaulted designer ceilings, typical floor coverings, fancy walls, chandaliers, lights, advertising, cashier cages. The layout of the rooms should match the layouts of a true Las Vegas casino. Example, the nickel slot machines close to the doors, the 'pit' in the middle.
All chairs must include a mount point for character to site.
All slots must included animation sequences to allow for the slot machine to work just like a real slot machine found in Las Vegas. This includes the ability to pull the handle and it returns, the wheels turn and stop, and coins fall out of the bottom (if it is a win) and the lights flash (if it is a win).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform
All development is to be delivered working in the Torque 3D game engine. The engine details can be found at

All objects are to be delivered and working in either MilkShape or Blender. These are considered part of the 'master code'. All objects and rooms are to be placed in scale to match Torque's scale units.
All objects and the room are to be delivered in Torque formats.
A copy of the Torque game engine will be provided to the 3D object creator.
