Need Software to Brand .PDF's and Look Up Data

I need a program that can take a spreadsheet with a list of "Clickbank affiliate IDs" and "Website URLs", and do the following processes: 1. Go to [login to view URL], lookup the First name, Last name, and e-mail address under the "administrative contact" for the URL 2. Save this information in a spreadsheet. 3. Take the affiliate ID from the original spreadsheet, and re-brand 1-2 .pdf files with the affiliate ID, and first/last name. 4. Add the first and last name to a template e-mail (that can be changed) with the new .pdf files attached, addressed to the new e-mail address, and send it (or make it easy to send all of the e-mails once the program has finished). ## Deliverables In addition, users of this program must be limited to only license, and the program must stop working if the member stops paying his/her licensing fee. I'm thinking that the program will contact a server every time it starts, and if the server recognizes the e-mail address (username) and serial number of the program as in good financial order (i.e. the member paid the monthly fee), then it will allow it to start.
