Mobile Website Landing Pages(repost)

I am working with a few web-based internet marketers who have asked me to build a few mobile website landing page prototypes. I need someone who can build great mobile website landing pages as well as has some knowledge on how to build basic form input/output type sites (2-3 pages tops per site). Very basic information products. Examples of sites include the ones for free ipods, free tvs, free meals, grant guides, education products. Credit card based sites may come along a little bit later. As time moves along, the sites may be more complex. I am not looking for a mobile application developer for an iPhone or Blackberry. This needs to be a Mobile Web Designer/Developer who can build across all mobile platforms using a modular design. Submit examples of mobile sites, tell me how you did them, what tools you intend to use, and your average turnaround time.
