We need the following functions included in our MS Access Database Desktop Application Intergrated with Web. All below heads should also include some custom fields. a. Master Style Details: Showing Style #, Colors, Sizes, Style Description, JPEG/GIF/TIF Picture, Prices. b. Master Customers, Vendors, Colors, Sizes. c. Master Mode of Shipment d. Master Salesman e. Purchase Order (PO): Showing styles placed with the factories by color, size and price, delivery dates x-factory, mode of shipment. Once the goods are shipped by the factory, the database should reduce qty's shipped by the factory and show the final quantities pending. Once shipped complete, we should be able to close the PO. f. Shipment details: Factories make consolidated shipments, which cosists of different PO's, Style #'s, Colors and Sizes. g. Sales Order (SO): Showing styles placed by our customers. Quantities shipped to them and balance pending. Once shipped complete, we should be able to close the SO h. Invoicing: Goods shipped to the customer, showing style, quantities by size, color, Mode of shipment, salesman, total qty i. Packing List of the goods shipped to the customer with Barcode feature. We already have this feature with us and we shall give it to the person, who we select for our project. j. Reports: Basic reports based on each of the above module, Sales, Purchasing, Shipments, We should be able to customize our reports based on our requirement. Only sincere candidates with very strong access skills, apply for this project. Payment will be done only after review of fully functional database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
