Hi, I am very interested in your forum project. I am an expert PHP programmer with 15 years experience in all aspects of web development. I would propose using vBulletin 5, as it is currently the most technologically advanced forum software on the market and can be easily be integrated into your Wordpress site. I can have the job completed in 3 days. This will leave 2 days for bug checking and revisions until you are completely satisfied. I expect the project to be completed in 3 milestones. The first will be released after the forums are installed and configured. The second, equal milestone would be released after everything is merged with Wordpress and we move into the bug testing phase. The final milestone will be released when you are satisfied there are no bugs or revisions to be made.
