My clients website needs to be updated from current Flash driven site into a more modern sleek website. Logo should be designed in a way that the website URL could be seen/remember/memorize. The web site is to have Home page that has 6 icons that can be selected then opens up with various options within the multi tiered website. We want to maintain current host of web site. We want to be able to have easy access to update various components/ fields within the web site itself. (URL Re-Writing should be done, Sitemap, Blog, etc) You should include the quotation document, explaning how you will start to end (explaining everything in layman terms). You should clearly include a fix price You should clearly include a fixed time frame (Not leading more than 30-days). You should tell us on how many people (developers+designers) should work on the website. when you send us above, please also enclose website admin panel (which is well designed and developed) We will also like to have a seperate document, with all your suggestions from start to end. We will also like to hear about your suggestions to make it more SEO friendly, The preference will be given to people that will design and develop the whole website+ specific website pages, with SEO in mind .e.g W3 standards, image optimization and image named properly, H1 to H6, etc etc etc Our design team will provide content in timely manner - content will include pictures/ tables/ words/ link details. The website should be managed by us via an admin panel, where we may login, and do all type of changes within the website, be it editing the titles/meta description/keywords, images names, etc......
