PHP/MySQL - Online DVD Store/Shopping Website + Cart

Hi, I require a Web Developer to write a Online Shopping Website, which has a cart and all which I will describe better below within 2 days or less, It's a small and simple project for a client who want's to their online DVD store, they run their own DVD Shop in a small town. Business Scenario: This business, rents DVDs to its members, they were still using paper based data entry. They now require to developer a web based DVD Renting and Tracking System to expand business and service their customers more efficiently. What needs to be done? Basically we will provide the layout and design and most of the project files we had so far because our recent developer had some family problems and has left which has put us in a tight positions. We need a developer to look at our current coder and files and then quickly, use it or start from scratch and include comments in code to write a system that lets members rent dvds and tracks how long they have had it for and when it is required to be returned. 1. The site will premit client and management access with different levels of access and menus 2. Clients will be able to hire movie rentals using a shopping cart system 3. Customers can view their rental history 4. Customers can edit their information using the site 5. Managers can edit/add customers and products 6. A site map should be provided 7. Use PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS and jQuery/Ajax where required to make the site look appealing 8. The site must use PHP and mySQL as the database 9. On-screen management reports, 1. What dvds has been borrowed for each day, 2. how many users logged on today. 10. Include Customer Registration form, validate, prevent mysql injection 11. have a admin panel where a admin is able to login and add new dvds and new customers 12. Basically its a Online DVD Store, so use your mind and common sense and you will know whats needed for a DVD store. We can spend a max of 3 days on this project as we go Live on the 20/11/2010 and We've already invested in $1,500 Google Advertising and other Online Advertising. Our current budget to get this done is $90AUD - $120AUD, the current files will be provided so you can work on from there, the design which we have provided is what we want to keep as the same design.
