Please read carefully before you bid. You must know how to build IP dependent web content. Otherwise, Please do NOT bid this project. You must let me know how you are going to realize the IP address dependent web content, or I will not even look at your bid. You must know how to build a professional web store, and that you know how to design EACH of web page, including home page, category page, product page, or ANY page on the site to make it show different contents depending on the IP address of a visitor. (For example, to show home page A for visitor from country A, and to show home page B for visitor from country B, and to show home page C for visitor from country C, etc.). Also, the url should be all the SAME regardless if the visitor is from country A, B, or C. i.e. all the visitor will see the url of the home as [login to view URL], but the contents the visitors will see are different depending on the country he/she is from. Please be advised that this is rebuild a site that has a lot of high Google ranking pages. So the we need to make sure the new site won't lose those high ranking pages. Affiliation program: The site should have function for affiliation program. The store should have most of the functions that a shopping cart has: such as allowing customers to register an account, tracking an the status of an order, review a product, checking the order history, allow seller to create coupon codes, etc. You may think it is easy to build the site using a shopping cart, but the problem I feel with using a shopping cart program is how you can make any page of the store (such as home page, category page, product page) show different content depending on the IP of visitors? So please make sure you have answer for this before you bid this project. The payment used on the site is Paypal. So make sure you know how to integrate Paypal payment in the webstore.
