New refreshed Website

I need a nice looking CMS website . My current is [login to view URL] and I am using wordpress.I love wordpress for its easy use and navigation. First of all. I made the biggest mistake last time I posted my website project. Me and the worker continued communicating from skype, and after he was 75% done, and I paid him, I never heard from him again. Leaving me with a half website and no instructions how to do anything. When I finnlay posted another project to work on the website again, I got the website I have now [login to view URL] but, again this worker left me with a website which he did not gave me the user/password credentials from where he bought the template from (wpZoom), so I can not enter the support forum because of this, and he did not help me any further after the site was updated to the latest wordpress version many of the plugins I used did not work any more and the site became very very slow, I tried everything from downgraded my WP version to disabling multiple plugins, but still the site was slow and plugins did not work So this time, if you buy template or whatever, I WILL NEED FULL ACCESS and all credentials. After all it is your repution and my visitors which is on stake here. I see that is has helped vWorker to NOT recomend my previous two web developers to anyone.. Now for the site. I want it to be a motion graphics website, with tutorials and a blog. My inspirations for the site I want it to look like is: [login to view URL] -[login to view URL] -[login to view URL] [login to view URL] Feel free to come up with some ideas. One important feature I want on the site is a online chat option. I am not going for the high end budget here, since there is lots of template out there for a fairly reasonable price (Activeden). looking forward to hear from you. REMEMBER: I will need to see some Mockup images of the desing before I decide which worker to choose. Hamid Detailed Requirements: Okay I want the site included with: -blog ( an actual blog section to post text, images and videos ) -tutorial page ( Video and images) just like the sites mentioned in summary -contact -about -Download section ( here a plugin or something, anything other than the one I have one) - Gallery - Social markings -Tweet post just as my website, but with one that actually works. And rest should be as standard websites tabs My main inspiration comes from [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] the tutorial section. So I want the site to look close to that, the site should match my logo and colors ([login to view URL]) I will not sell anything from the site, but use it mainly for teaching, allthough some files may be downloaded The site can contain some flash elements, but primary a html/css code, again I prefer CMS system. Everything should be easyli customized so that I can upload content, videos/images/text etc.... A CMS system would be much apopreciated I use Adobe CS5.5 package. Use your creativity Please write if any question or ideas pop´s up. If you suggest a CMS system, and if it can meet the requiments then it is much apprciated. Regards Hamid
