Need someone to fix errors on my wordpress site

Hi,
yeah so i've got more then 1 problem with my site. [login to view URL] I've hosted the site on a subfolder of my main domain. So here are the problems;
1. items in my header menu changes position as i zoom in and zoom out on chrome
2. The last item on my header menu, shifts below the other menu items in firefox and i.e.
3. if you zoom out on chrome, u can see how the words on the mainpage get jumbled up and move around.
4. the quote "Turn the Mundane into the Magical" gets messed up as i zoom out.
5. if you go all the way down, you'll see the "our products" section and the image boxes get messed up when you zoom out on chrome
6. on firefox and i.e. , the last item of the "our products" section moves below the other items.
