Modify Wordpress Theme and Install

Install of newest Wordpress version and a Wordpress theme modified. The theme will be modified with images and text for this site: [login to view URL] I am hoping you can use this theme: RELAXATION 2.0 The completed Wordpress will be put up in place of existing page.
