Easy barber appointment website (PHP, MySQL, HTML skills)

I am looking for an advanced and skilled programmer in PHP and some webdesign skills (HTML and CSS) The website should customers allow to book online an appointment with a barber without a registration. There must be a search by city, zip code or name of the barber. The barber in turn can sign up, create a calendar of times per day, each employee and store a complete profile (address, photo, phone, email, prices etc). The barber can store a profile picture. He then has to agree that he will pay a monthly fee for using debit card. The customer chooses one of the barbers, then select the time in the calendar and finally he can select what kind of treatment and which employee he wants. Then the customer specifys the his name, email and phone number. Is this all done by the customer he must confirm the booking and the hairdresser will receive an email to this event with name, telephone number, time and date of the appointment. The customer will receive a confirmation email with the same information. Please create everything in PHP/MySQL. The website should allow to be administered in the backend (like delete profiles, edit profiles) by the admin. Further I need an easy and clean webdesign – white and light colors and maybe one or two photos of scissors or a woman with long hair. The installation and management has to be easy (as easy as wordpress for example) – of course not with so many functions. I want to be able to put it on the webspace on my own. Regards Marcel
