Drupal Site - Theme Edits and Fonts Changes

We have a Drupal site that needs special fonts added to the site "Cantata One" from Google fonts. It is already coded that way, but is not showing up correctly. We need the font files to be located within the site itself so that if an individual doesn't have the font on their computer the will still be able to view the "Cantata One" font. All changes are marked up in jpg images. We also require 2 of the other existing pages to have different layouts by adjusting [login to view URL] and custom [login to view URL] ckfinder setup correctly. Instructions on how to setup and how to fix clean urls and while you are actually making the updates. I will need a freelancer that can work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
