I have developed a video sharing talent competition website. I need the site re-programmed for the Word Press CMS. The current site is built off the Clip-bucket open source script. The new site design Logo, PSD, HTML and CSS are completed, just the programming and application of the design is needed. The major functionality requirements are: 1. Membership Management & Verification 2. Timed Upload and Voting periods with countdowns 3. Video moderation & approval 4. Payment processing for video uploads 5. Allocation of payments for prizes 6.
