Need A Youtube Simple Bot For Ratings, Views and Faves..

Hi.I need a Youtube Bot created The Bot Must be able to **rate, favour, generate views and generate views** for channels. The Bot must be able to use Proxies and have a delay when it comes to ratings and faves.. The bot must be able to handle **new youtube accounts**... I want the bot to be **simple but powerfu**l so there must also be a function where the bot has a serial number, and therefore, cannot be used by anyone else.
