RFM/RFQ system

the software is for material request and purchase system for different department in a small production company the software will? communicate? with 2 Access 2003 database which may in future be upgraded into a SQL system or MySQL database one database will contains the usernames,company details (company Name in English and Arabic (for recommendation letters)) and materials Vocab numbers and their current quantities. the other database which is still **underdevelopment** will be the main communication with the software and will have all the? necessary? information in it the softwarewill keep records of all the materials? description? that has beenentered by the user for future? reference. A Request of Material paper isgenerated according to the material description entered or selected fromdatabase. later material offers from different companies are received which then entered into the system by the user to generate a comparative statement toproduce the cheapest price for each? material and cheapest company overall. thisallowing the user to select the cheapest offer they find it matching thespecification. Finally a? recommendation? letter for purchase order isgenerate and sent away. after? recommendation? is generated adifferent department will keep track of the purchased items and update their state. the usercan keep track of the arrival of materials through checking the software updates keep in mind the software will also keep track of communication letters sent and received between the user and the companies (through email or fax's) and changes in price if presented by the company keep in mind the software generated recommendation letters and request for materials will be in **Arabic? even if your not good in arabic it doesnt matter these letters and generated answers can be provided by me, as they are generic answers,also the software? preferred? to be in 2008 .Net**
