Develop a product activation module that can be integrated into a Windows Form .NET application. ## Deliverables **Project Description:** Develop a product activation module that can be integrated into a Windows Form .NET application. ? **? ** **Project Deliverables/Features:** Use will register product on an existing website. Each installation will require a unique product activation key and product serial number. ? Users will be required to enter a unique product serial number into the existing production registration website.? The product serial number will be tied to the activation key generation algorithm. ? A unique product serial number will be generated. Coder/Designer to provide input on product serial number generation. ? There should be two methods designed when generating the product serial number. One that is unique to each PC and one that is not. Activation based on unique product serial number. ? Users will obtain a product activation key form an existing production registration website. Design an algorithm that will be used in the generation of the product activation key based on the product serial number. ? Activation keys will be generated online from an existing production registration website. Coder/Designer to provide input to OptiSoft Systems on activation key generation requirements. Activation keys should be value with at least 25+ alpha/numeric values (ex. AR8GG-7V7MO-AWVRT-364GF-HIZ7G) ? Module not depended on an Internet connection. Activation can be done manually. ? Allow the application to function as designed for a specified amount of days or 0 days if the product is not activated. OptiSoft Systems to set days of trial period. ? Activation module must distinguish between valid and invalid product activation keys. ? Recognize the product is activated so user will not be required to continuously activate the product. ? Use the system registry to store activation information. ? Provide complete and comprehensive documentation on technically how the module works and how to integrate it into an existing application. ? Module should not interfere on how the performance of the existing application. ? Provide documentation on what registry keys are generated. ? Module should be able to read and write safely to the system registry with out crashing system. ? The module should be designed to easily integrate into an existing windows form application. ? Coder/Designer to offer different or enhanced design if needed. OptiSoft Systems to approve offer different or enhanced design. ? Module to be developed using “Microsoft Best Coding Practices?? ? Module to be developed completely in VB.NET. If the application will be designed as a separate assembly then module to be developed in C# . ? Module must be thoroughly tested and delivered completely debugged. ? **Programming Language & Development Platform:** 1. Application to be developed and delivered in a Visual Studio 2005 project/solution - English (United States) edition 2. Windows class library project. 3. VB.NET to be the development language. ? **Operating Platform(s):** 1. Microsoft Windows English (United States) edition. 2. Designed to run on the Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 or newer. ? **Deliverable Conditions:** 1. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. ? 1. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
