Need to build a web application that gets and post data to a CRM (zoho)

write desktop and web app with Zoho CRm as the web reference. I think that zoho allows the open souce if not there is a open source out there i cant think of the name Maybe Tiger. Basically i need the application to allow the users of the crm account to quicly add or update data to the crm via quick desktop form. and also the web interface that allows clients of the company to access certain records. This must be done using criterias to log in
