Basically the Nokia 6630 happens to make use of a new technology called BB5 to which a solution is not yet out in the open. What is required is a software that will accept the IMEI number and generate the unlocking code for the phone. I am not sure if operator makes a difference but if it does i will require the most commonly used ones (but specifically 3 as my phone is on it). Unlocking mobile phones is completely legal and not againsst the Terms and Conditions of any mobile phone company or network in the UK and US so bid without hesitation. Deployment platform does not matter but if it is written in Java it would be nice as the code can be studied. Please Note:- Nokia 6630 does not accept DCT4 or DCT5 unlocking procedures. To test if your software is working I have a few phones whose IMEI number i can provide and to which I can enter them in. The deliverables must be provided in both Executable form (installer beneficial) and Source code.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
