Wikipedia and Yahoo answers scrapper

We need to build a scraper similar to what [url removed, login to view] has. When you do a search on this site, it shows you ( under it's sponsored links ), content that have been scraped from wikipedia, respectively yahoo answers for that keyword. So basically, we need come php code, that gets a keyword from a search box, queries yahoo answers ( with some filters applied - English only, US only for the location, answered questions only, and possible others - you'll have to research / compare your results with [url removed, login to view] results and figure out the best match) and wikipedia then parses the corresponding results, replaces the links found inside the content with other links that point back to our site, stores the results into one of our databases, then returns the result into a variable to be displayed later on. No design needed, just the functionality. Your code should be in the form of a php 4 compatible class or function that receives the keyword as an argument, and returns another variable containing the results ( in addition to storing them into a database )... Speed is a big factor, so you will need to find the fastest possible parsing algorithm.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
